Product Information

• Each product varies by weight or volume(kg, ml, g, and Ltr). Please read the product description carefully before placing an order.
• Our goods are perishable.
• Handle them with care upon receipt.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or mishandling by the customer and delivery agent while in transit or others during storage or usage, as some goods are perishable.

Packaging & Delivery

• We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and follow strict guidelines for packaging and delivery to ensure the highest standards of quality. Our packaging process is standardized and is not customized based on individual customer preferences or requests.
• We follow industry-grade packaging
• To claim any damage or missing item, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video taken from the moment of opening the sealed package.
• Claims without proper video evidence will not be entertained.
• Do not accept parcelswith broken safety seals or tampered packaging.
• Delivery charges vary by weight and destination zone and can change without notice.
• Actual courier costs may differ. No refund or extra charge adjustment will be made for any cost difference.
• If the parcel is returned due to a wrong address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges apply.

 Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are allowed only in cases of non-serviceable areas and damaged goods, provided they are reported within 3 to 7 business days of delivery, along with valid proof.
• No refund will be provided if a shipment is lost during international transit or seized by customs.
