Cancellation Policy

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers must track their order using the consignment copy sent via WhatsApp.
  • An order is marked “incomplete” if:
          The address or phone number is wrong.
          Delivery was attempted twice and failed.
  • Image representationsof products may vary from the actual product weight and pricing. Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
  • Each product varies by weight or volume(kg, mL, g, and Ltr). Please read the product description carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy

  • No fee if a refund is added to your store wallet(usable in the next order).
  • If the pin codeis non-serviceable, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
  • Wrong address, phone, or refusal to accept will lead to shipping charges(both ways) being charged.
  • If the courier shows “Delivered” but you didn’t get it, inform us within 2-3 days.
  • If you refuse delivery:
        No refund will be given.
        Reshipping is possible (extra shipping cost).
        If not reshipped soon, the order will be cancelled without a refund.
  • Refunds to bank: Customer must give the correct bank details.
        We are not responsible for failed refunds due to wrong information.
  • No refund of shipping charges:
        If you choose your shipping method
        If charges vary due to mixed products.
  • International orders:
        You must complete customs formalities.
        If the order returns due to delay or rejection, it’s considered delivered. No refund.
