Self Pickup

  • No minimum order needed for To Pay Go down Delivery
  • Choose ‘To Pay Go down Delivery’at checkout.
  • We send your parcel and you pick up from your Courier center at your own cost.
  • We are not allowed on-site shipping Payment
  • Orders handed outside the pickup point, no door delivery
  • No Cash on Delivery
  • Cancellation will attract a standard fee.

Order Dispatch Time

  • Orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days.
  • For the Bangalore areas, we may use Porter ( charges will be paid by customers)
  • Delays due to holidays or server issues are beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • We use trusted To pay godown couriers, but delivery time is not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to:
  • Courier capacity by pincode
  • Weather, strikes, or other disruptions
  • Courier company delays
    • Use Pincode Checker on our product pages or app to estimate time.

Courier & Shipping Charges

  • We assign the best to pay go down delivery based on your area.
  • Shipping cost is based on total weight(including packaging).
  • Charges are shown after dispatching the order based on the pincode and State.
  • Final delivery cost may vary slightly, but won’t be refunded or extra charged.

 

Returns & Damaged Packages

  • We do accept damaged packages with proper unboxing videos/images
  • If returned, we’ll send a free replacement.

Address Matters

Always give a complete and clear address:

  • House/Flat No.
  • Street/Sector
  • Landmark
  • Correct Pincode
  • Phone number
  • Email Id
    • Delivery agents won’t call for missing details. Kindly avoid delay!

 General Shipping Notes

  • Once dispatched, the consignment copy will be shared via WhatsApp.
  • We don’t manually track parcels. Please use the consignment copy.
  • We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • International shipping is currently not available (if applicable).
  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

Delayed or Missed Delivery

  • If delivery fails, contact us after the first failed attempt.
  • If the wrong address/phone is given, delivery may fail or be delayed.
  • If undelivered due to customer error, extra charges will apply for reshipping.
